Victorian Respite is an Australian respite and short-term accommodation provider operating in Victoria. We partner with premier hotels to deliver disability-friendly accommodation and care services for participants, families, and carers.

Service agreements
All respite, accommodation, and care services are subject to a separate service agreement entered into between the guest (or their nominated representative) and Victorian Respite before the stay begins. The service agreement sets out the specific terms of the stay, including:

- Dietary and accessibility requirements
- Pricing, payment, and funding arrangements
- Cancellation and refund terms
- Guest responsibilities and house rules

Bookings and cancellations
All bookings are made via Victorian Respite, not directly with our partner hotels. Bookings are subject to availability, suitability assessment, and confirmation of funding or payment. Cancellation terms vary by stay type and are specified in your individual service agreement.
Partner hotels
While Victorian Respite curates and coordinates stays at partner hotels, the hotels themselves remain independently operated. We are not responsible for hotel-side issues outside the scope of the care and concierge services we provide. We will, however, advocate on your behalf and coordinate resolution of any issues that arise during your stay.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victorian Respite's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our services is limited to the value of the services provided. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, the Victorian Respite name and "V" mark, design elements, and code, is the property of Victorian Respite & Care or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written permission.
